After a bad night of two major apnic/desat spells we've had a bit of progress again. They are trying out Maddie with no oxygen tubing!!! She's now weighing 3 lbs. 13 oz. and seems to be handling things pretty well. They don't have any real reasoning for the breathing issues other than "well, she is a preemie". They may attempt her first bottle feeding tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. She is really starting to fill out a little and looks a little more like her big brother.
